Customer: just an account to buy from the coop's providers. Associate Member: also buys from the coop, but is admitted as a cooperative member and holds share capital. Provider/Rider: also admitted as members.
Membership is limited to the cooperative's common bond of association (residents/operators within the municipality), so a full address is required of members.
A Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) is required before admission. If you haven't attended one yet, contact the cooperative office to schedule it before completing this section.
